Crafternoons

Saturday Crafternoon: Dahlia-Inspired Paper Wreath

Good evening friends! It is good for you to be here today. It has been an excellent day here in the north. My body is tired and sore from a day of shredding up the slopes (more like the slopes shredding up me), but what can I say? It was a glorious day to be alive and outside, enjoying the beautiful nature of northern Canada. It is also, though, definitely time for some rest and recuperation.

That being said, do not worry! I will not leave you hanging. After all, it is time for another Saturday Crafternoon. Today, I would like to share with you a project I actually completed when we first moved into our apartment (almost a year ago now… *sniffle sniffle*). At the time, I was working quite a bit and did not have much time for other things, especially decorating our home. But low and behold, I found this Dahlia-Inspired Paper Wreath project that did not take too long to make at all, and yet is some super fun-looking wall decor.

So, try it out! Give this fun and easy project a shot. It is definitely worth it. Just check out Mommity for directions on how to make it! On a side note, I modified the project a bit by using book pages, rather than the construction paper, cardstock or scrapbooking paper that the original directions call for. So, go with whatever works for you and remember, like always, to have fun with it!

Anyhow, that is most definitely a wrap for today. If you have any questions, please feel free to comment below. And if you do decide to make this awesome Dahlia-Inspired Paper Wreath, let me know how it goes. Even send me a picture! I would love to hear about it. Have an awesome weekend! See you Monday! 🙂
