Throwback Thursday: Road Well Traveled

Hello there, friends! Happy Thursday to you! It is so good for you to be here today. Welcome, welcome! Last night Andy and I tried out a new recipe in our slow cooker (we have been having way too much fun with it) and made some Curry Stew with Chickpeas, Sweet Potato and Spinach. All I have to say is YUM! We are definitely looking forward to leftovers tonight!

Well, if you joined us a couple days ago for our Travel Tuesday here on This Darling Adventure, you may recall that we discussed finding beauty while on the Road Less Traveled. Today, though, we are going to approach this subject matter from the other side: The Road Well Traveled.

While Andy and I were backpacking through Israel last winter, there were many times we embarked on roads well traveled over the years. After all, many of the places we visited there have been around since… well… forever and a day it seems. Some of those paths have stuck around for thousands of years, so exploring them was quite a unique opportunity in itself. Thusly, today I would like to share with you some photos from our time adventuring down the well-traveled “roads” around the Dead Sea (including Qumran, Ein Gedi, Masada, and Timna). Please enjoy!

I hope that you enjoyed these photos from our adventures along some of the well-traveled roads of Israel. Which well-worn roads have you traveled down? As always, feel at home to comment below! Until next time, keep it classy everyone and have a beautiful day! 🙂
